Paul Rashid

Paul Rashid is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in program and product management across various industries. Currently serving as a consultant at Red Carrot since February 2021, Paul leads efforts to redefine processes and improve operational efficiencies. Previous roles include lead partner at EaziHome, where Paul launched a successful Beta service for a holistic financial advisory concept, and product coach at Digital Office Startup, where Paul developed a strategic Product Roadmap. Early in the career, Paul contributed to multiple organizations, including the Department of Transportation and the Department of Homeland Security, focusing on project management and analysis. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
