Raymond Geoghegan

Raymond Geoghegan, CFE, currently serves as a Program Manager for US Government Contracts at Red Carrot, advising agency management on acquisition processes and supporting litigation efforts. Raymond began their career as a police officer with the Montgomery County Police and Ocean City Police Departments.
