Andrew Ngo serves as Assistant General Counsel at Red Cell Partners since 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of General Counsel at Manta, an IBM Company, from September 2021 to November 2023, where notable achievements included building a legal team and facilitating a successful acquisition by IBM. From September 2020 to September 2021, Andrew was General Counsel at Pipedrive, overseeing a significant merger with Vista Equity Partners. Earlier roles include Corporate Counsel at PSCU, Senior Corporate Counsel at Reflexis Systems, and various legal positions at Oracle, along with internships and clerkships that provided extensive experience in legal research and contract negotiation. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminology from Stonehill College.
