Brian McCarthy has extensive experience as an Executive Head Chef in the hospitality industry. Brian worked for Red Cow Moran Hotel from 2015, where their responsibilities included managing various food outlets, procurement, HACCP, menu design, and budgetary controls. Brian also played a role in marketing and branding initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Kingsley Hotel from 2002 to 2003, where they achieved the prestigious AA Rosette while responsible for menu design, supplier management, and team leadership.
Brian McCarthy completed their Leaving Certificate from St-Fachtnas-De-La-Salle in 1987. Following this, they pursued a degree in City and Guilds 7061 and 7062 from Munster Technological University, which they completed in the period from 1989 to 2001.
