Megan Motley has an extensive work experience in the field of research and development, primarily focused on food science and product development. Megan is currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Red Diamond Coffee & Tea since October 2022. Prior to this, Megan worked as a Product Development Scientist at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. for seven years, from May 2015 to October 2022. Before joining Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., they worked as a Food Scientist at Twang Partners from December 2012 to May 2015. Megan also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from September 2010 to December 2012, and as a Student Worker in the Poultry Science Department from June 2010 to September 2010. Megan also completed an R&D Internship at Dr Pepper Snapple Group from May 2012 to August 2012. Prior to their internship, Megan worked as a Student Worker in the Food Science and Nutrition Department at Texas A&M University from June 2009 to December 2009.
Megan Motley completed their education at Texas A&M University. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science and Technology. Following that, they continued their studies and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the same field from the same university during the period of 2010 to 2012.
