Laura Bell Hardy

Laura Bell Hardy is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as the Corporate Training and Recruitment Manager for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group since March 2024. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles at Brennan's Restaurant, including Assistant General Manager from October 2019 to March 2024, where responsibilities encompassed guest experience and employee training. Laura's experience also includes positions as Assistant General Manager and A la Carte Manager at Couvant and Brennan's Restaurant, respectively. Laura began a career in education, teaching English at Odyssey Community School and Floyd T Binns Middle School from July 2004 to July 2010, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Illinois State University in 2003.
