Connie E. is an accomplished business owner and entrepreneur, currently serving as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, which is recognized as the leading cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City. In addition to the culinary venture, Connie has been a co-owner at Grupo Rexa since 2002, focusing on the construction and sale of industrial buildings to major companies in Mexico. Previous experience includes a role in marketing at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011, where valuable marketing strategies were implemented, and a position as a senior consultant at Deloitte in 2005. Connie holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MSc. in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and an MBA in Business Administration from IPADE Business School, among others.
