Brennen Menzie-Marlin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brennen began their career in 2010 as a Designer at Thread, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they gained marketing and public relations experience as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern at Herman's Hideaway. Brennen furthered their public relations skills as a Public Relations Intern at Vann and Associates in 2013.

During the same year, Brennen also worked as the Public Relations Manager and Barista at Radina's Coffee House. In 2016, they joined the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern. Simultaneously, they started working at Tnemec Company, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator, where their role lasted until 2020.

In 2020, Brennen took on the role of Account Director at Crux KC until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Account Manager at Red Fuse Communications, beginning in September 2021. With a diverse range of experiences in design, marketing, and public relations, Brennen Menzie-Marlin has developed a well-rounded skill set for their current role as a Senior Account Manager.

Brennen Menzie-Marlin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology (Linguistics) from Kansas State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also pursued a second Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. Prior to attending university, they completed their secondary education at Sublette High School, where they did not receive a specific degree or have a declared field of study. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Communicating with Confidence" and "Learning to Write for the Web" from LinkedIn, in February 2021 and January 2021 respectively.
