Flip LaMonica has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Flip began their career as a Senior Art Director at Bernstein-Rein Advertising in 1996 and stayed with the company until 2009. Flip then joined Valentine Radford as an Art Director in 1998 for a year. In 2010, they worked as a Contract Creative and Consultant at Osborn & Barr until March 2011. From October 2011 to April 2012, they held a similar role at TwoWest. Flip joined ghg | greyhealth group in April 2013 as a Freelance Senior Art Director and later moved on to Red Fuse Communications in September 2015 for the same role. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance Art Director at Barkley. Most recently, Flip worked at Flip Creative, starting in August 2019 as a Creative Specialist. Throughout their career, Flip has gained a wealth of experience in various creative positions, showcasing their expertise in art direction and creative consultation.

Flip LaMonica attended The University of Kansas from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design - Visual Communication.
