Nicola Botterill

Nicola Botterill currently serves as the Head of Community at Red Kite Community Housing since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nicola held various positions at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council from April 2016 to September 2025, including Assistant Director of Social Housing & Community Safety, Head of Housing & Responsive Repairs, Head of Housing & Communities, and Landlord Services Manager. From May 2009 to May 2016, Nicola worked as the Tenancy Services Manager at Seven Locks Housing Limited and served as a Senior Housing Officer at Milton Keynes Council from April 2002 to April 2016. Nicola obtained a BSc in Housing Studies from De Montfort University between 2004 and 2008.
