Julie Wellacott is CIPD HRM qualified and has worked in Education HR since 1995. From Local Authority roots supporting around 200 schools, to now leading the HR service for Red Kite Learning Trust since its formation. Julie and her team ensure expert guidance, delivery and support of high-quality HR & Payroll services for our Trust, within a framework of best practice, policy and law. Leading innovation through HR in such as Systems, Performance Review and Harmonisation, Julie is also a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE).
