Charles Dolson

Charles Dolson possesses extensive leadership and legal experience, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Red Lake Inc. from April 2021 to June 2024. Prior to this role, Charles was a Staff Attorney at Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, where responsibilities included contract review, negotiations, and policy development. As Executive Director for the Red Lake Band of Chippewa from June 2014 to July 2018, Charles directed economic and social policy initiatives for the Red Lake Nation and was instrumental in significant cost reductions and health crisis management. Charles's earlier experience includes roles in various legal capacities and law enforcement, such as Law Clerk positions in multiple organizations and serving as a Police Officer with the City of Bemidji. Charles holds a Doctor of Law from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bemidji State University.
