John Yonker

John Yonker is a dedicated school counselor with a strong background in educational support and mental health services. Currently serving at Red Lion Area School District since August 2022, John previously worked at Lancaster Lebanon IU13 for seven years, where responsibilities included individual and group counseling, leading the implementation of a school-wide PBIS system, and teaching SEL and career development lessons to K-8 students. Prior experience includes a long-term substitute position at Brockway Elementary School, an internship at Johnsonburg Area School District, and various roles in customer service and contracting. John holds a Master of Education in School Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
