Ron Salerno

Ron Salerno has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ron began their career at Moore Products Co. in 1992, serving as a Product Engineer before transitioning to the role of Product Manager in 1995. In 1997, Ron joined Siemens Industry US, where they held various positions including Regional Marketing Specialist and Regional Business Development Manager. Ron later became the Business Developer for Networks and Field Devices in the Automation & Motion Division, and eventually served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Process Instrumentation. In 2016, Ron joined Red Lion Controls as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing, and went on to hold key leadership roles in sales, including Vice President of America Sales and Vice President of APAC & EMEA Sales Region.

Ron Salerno completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration around 1999. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) degree from Villanova University between 1988 and 1992.
