James Gilfillan

James Gilfillan is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at Red Nucleus since August 2021. Prior to this role, James served as a content writer at ICS-digital LLP and operated as a freelance web content writer while also producing creative content for The Scouts. Previous positions include digital copywriter at Lead Tech and marketing assistant at Searchpoint UK, alongside roles in customer service and administration at Gala Bingo and the University of London. James holds a Master's degree in Writing For Performance and Publication from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in English With Creative Writing from the University of Birmingham.
