Roselin Elias has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2005. Roselin began their career at Convergys as a Customer Support Executive, assisting customers in the United States for Citibank. In 2007, they joined IBM as a Lead Operations CRM, giving presentations and demonstrations to new hires. In 2014, they moved to Upshot Technologies as a Business Development Manager, handling APAC accounts and convincing C and D level Executives of the Airline and Hospitality Industry to agree upon a meeting and discuss prospective business growth. In 2015, they joined Snapdeal as a Team Leader, handling a team of Account Managers and focusing on increasing revenue of sellers and the organization. In 2016, they joined Concentrix Technologies India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager, handling a team of Customer Care Advisors and providing coaching and feedback. Finally, in 2019, they joined TELUS International as an Operations Manager, and later as an Interim Operations Manager and Team Manager. In their role as Team Manager, they were responsible for handling a team of Customer Care Advisors in a dynamic up-sell environment, defining Scorecards, planning Targets, providing coaching and feedback, and managing performance. In 2022, they moved to Red Piranha as a Regional Operations & Customer Success Manager.

Roselin Elias has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Ranchi University, a 12th from Ranchi University, and a 10th from Sacred Heart Convent School, Jamshedpur. Roselin is also expected to obtain an IT Masters' DevOps Certificate of Achievement from Charles Sturt University in October 2022.
