Muhammed Butt

Muhammed Butt is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support, currently serving as a System Support Engineer III at Red River since April 2016. Responsibilities include setting up Veeam backups for both servers and O365, as well as EMS setup and rollout. Previous roles at Red River encompass positions as System Support Engineer II and System Implementation Engineer, with expertise across various Windows Server environments and Exchange systems. Prior to Red River, Muhammed worked as an IT Contractor for the American Diabetes Association, where responsibilities included server migrations, data management, and assisting helpdesk operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Help Desk Analyst at EarthLink and providing IT support at CrimsonLogic and Royal Group UAE. Muhammed holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing from the University of Staffordshire.
