Patty Blevins Bortz, PMP, possesses extensive experience in program management and contract administration within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Red River since June 2016, Patty focuses on optimizing business processes and enhancing technology investments. Previous roles include Director of Contract Programs at SwishData Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed cyber security and data performance, and a senior sales program manager at Hewlett-Packard, managing significant Department of Defense contract programs.
