Michael Jallits is a retired professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having served as Director of Brand Transformation/New Restaurant operations at Red Robin. Prior to that, Jallits was an Owner Operator at Bottom Line Restaurants and VP Operations at Country Harvest. Jallits holds an MBA in Finance from W. P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
