Steven Zagzoug

Steven Zagzoug has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Red Roof Inns since July 2008. Prior to this role, Steven held managerial positions at Cracker Barrel from January 1994 to January 2000 and at American Food Systems as Kitchen Manager from January 1985 to January 1994. Steven's educational background includes a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management obtained from Newbury College between 1990 and 1993.
