Katy Hawkins

Katy Hawkins is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary environments. Currently employed at Won't Stop Hospitality Inc. since September 2020, Katy previously held the position of Pastry Cook II at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from May 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included designing dessert specials, translating recipes, and coordinating with guests. Additional roles include Lead Pastry Chef at Unprocessed Kitchen and various positions in customer service, pastry internships, and the food industry. Katy holds an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University.
