Collins Odongo has held various roles in the agricultural industry since 2014. In 2021, they began working as an Agricultural Researcher/Grower at Red Sea Farms, where they are responsible for designing hydroponic systems, overseeing construction, managing horticulture, and light construction. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at DAL Food as a Greenhouse Technical Team Lead, managing 20 acres of automated hydroponics and overseeing climate modification. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Oserian Development Company Limited as a Production Foreman, managing 12 acres of semi-automated hydroponics, supervising 24 employees, and preparing for audits. COLLINS also held a Production Intern role at Oserian Development Company Limited from 2014 to 2017.
Collins Odongo attended Mbita High School from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education. COLLINS then attended Egerton University from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture.
