Pauline Jen Ryan

Pauline Jen Ryan has an extensive background in executive leadership and advisory roles within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Entrepreneur In Residence at Mass General Brigham Ventures and Chief Executive Officer at Atropos Therapeutics Inc., Ryan also holds positions on the Board of Directors and as a Partner and Advisor at Red Sky Partners, LLC. Previous executive experience includes CEO at Verik Bio and Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. Ryan’s career is complemented by an MBA in Health Care Management, Marketing, Finance, and Managerial Economics from Northwestern University and a BA in Psychology from the same institution.
