Leah Kauffman

Leah Kauffman has worked in various roles in the fields of marketing and communications, operations, and product management since 2008. Leah began their career at Philly.com as an Executive Producer of Entertainment & Lifestyle, and also founded and edited Phrequency.com, a local digital arts and entertainment publication. Leah then went on to become a Product Manager at Philly.com, launching and managing the operations and P&Ls of several popular print and digital initiatives. In 2013, they founded and edited Rad Girls, and in 2015 they joined Red-Spark.com, where they held the positions of Chief Of Staff, Vice President of People & Product Operations, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, and Director of Marketing and Communications. In 2019, they became a Principal at Levia Coaching.

Leah Kauffman has a Product Management degree from General Assembly, which they obtained in 2020. Leah is currently studying Communications and Journalism at Temple University. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute in October 2020, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in December 2020, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.
