Leandro Matiello

Leandro Matiello serves as the People/HR Director for Consumidor Positivo and Red Ventures since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading M&A efforts, crafting total rewards programs, and developing internal culture and employee experience strategies. Previously, Leandro held the role of Head of People & Culture at Destaxa, creating comprehensive HR structures, and served as an HRBP and Program Manager Lead at Nubank, managing integration processes and strategic projects. Earlier positions include leadership roles at NuPay, Verde Asset Management, Qulture.Rocks Brasil, EY, and Raízen, demonstrating extensive expertise in people management, data analysis, and organizational development. Leandro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
