Matthew Lessard

Matthew Lessard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and investment advisory within the agriculture and aquaculture sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Minnesota Aquaculture Association, Red Wing Ignite, and Blue Water Farms, Matthew is instrumental in fostering innovation and economic development in these fields. Previously, Matthew held roles including Investment Advisor for Agro Fund One, Co-founder and Managing Partner at MUB Nutrição Animal, founding Board Member of GreenSeam, and President of Aglytix, where Matthew led significant business model turnarounds and technological advancements. Matthew's background also includes a tenure as Director of Business Development at Ridley Inc. and experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions at Mason Wells and BMO Nesbitt Burns, respectively. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Augsburg University.
