Philip discovered his passion for the FoodTech space in his early years and had his first touchpoint with entrepreneurship when joining the first FoodTech spin-off of ETH during his bachelor studies in food science. Shortly after exploring academia abroad, he joined Koa Switzerland as an engineer scaling up manufacturing in Africa. While finishing his master's studies in food process engineering, he was welcomed by the consultancy and start-up forge ETH juniors paving its way to its most successful year.

With Redalpine being a forerunner in the FoodTech and life science space, it was an obvious choice to join and get a holistic view from an investor's standpoint.
