Brian Graves is the Director of Customer Service at Redbox. Brian has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and vendor management.

Brian started their career in customer service at Earthlink in 2004. Brian was quickly promoted to Vendor Account Manager in 2006 and was responsible for the performance of multiple outsourced contact centers. In 2010, Brian joined Microsoft as a Vendor Account Manager in their Global Outsourcing organization. Brian was responsible for managing vendors providing technical support and customer service for Microsoft Office and Xbox.

In their current role as Director of Customer Service at Redbox, Brian is responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide support for Redbox products and services. Brian is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with Redbox.

Brian Graves has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
