Kristin Bowser

Kristin Bowser is the VP of Operations at Redbox. Kristin has over fifteen years of experience in the retail industry, including management roles at Family Video and Redbox.

Kristin started their career at Family Video in December 2004 as a District Manager. In this role, they were responsible for multimillion-dollar revenue generation, the recruitment and training of 40 multi-level staff, and daily operations management of four locations. Kristin was also responsible for mentoring four management trainees in their promotion to store managers in only one year.

In 2009, Kristin joined Redbox as a Senior Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of Redbox locations in the Midwest region. Kristin was also responsible for leading a team of managers and technicians in maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.

Kristin is a proven leader with a track record of success in the retail industry. Kristin is passionate about customer service and committed to providing their customers with the best possible experience.

Kristin Bowser earned their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Kristin is currently completing their Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Minnesota.
