Brian Murray

Brian Murray is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Redcape Hotel Group since November 2022. Prior roles include Head Chef at STIX from March 2022 to October 2022, and at Quay Restaurant from April 2021 to January 2022. Brian also held the position of Sous Chef at Bennelong Restaurant for five years and served as Junior Sous Chef at Chiswick Restaurant. Brian Murray obtained a Higher Certificate in Professional Cookery from Dublin Institute of Technology, completing the program in 2012.
