Jamie Hoover is a highly skilled quantitative ecologist currently employed at RedCastle Resources, Inc. since January 2023, focusing on geospatial data analysis and modeling for the Forest Health Assessment and Applied Science Team of the Forest Service. Previously, Jamie worked as a climate change analyst at the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands, where research centered on species distribution modeling for invasive and endangered plants on Air Force Bases. From August 2019 to November 2022, Jamie served as a faculty member at Front Range Community College, instructing courses in cartography, remote sensing, and spatial statistics, and coordinating student internships. Jamie also gained valuable experience as a spatial ecologist with the National Park Service, concentrating on riparian assessments and mangrove carbon sequestration. Educational achievements include a PhD in Ecology and an MS in Watershed Science from Colorado State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
