Liz Hannaby has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Liz began their career in 1977, working for Macfisheries/International Food stores/Gateway food stores, where they worked their way up from a meat packer to an office administration manager. In 1984, they transitioned to Fenwick Limited as a temporary sales assistant.

Their career in the IT industry started in 1985 when they joined Ladbrokes LTD as an IT support analyst. During their time at Ladbrokes, they also took on the role of a database administrator, assisting in setting up Datadictionary and providing support and advice for development staff. Liz later became a support analyst, where they were responsible for providing first-line support for mainframe production failures.

In 1996, Liz joined IBM Global Services as a support analyst, where they assisted with the transition phase of taking over mainframe support and enhancements for a large customer. Liz had a team-leading role as the support team was being assembled. After their time at IBM, they joined Maxima in 1997 as an IT support analyst, initially as a contractor but later becoming a permanent employee. Liz provided support for legacy mainframe applications running on Z/OS IBM mainframe.

Most recently, Liz has been working at Redcentric since 1999. Liz started as an Application Support Analyst and later transitioned to the role of an IT Support Analyst.

Throughout their career, Liz has gained valuable experience in application support, IT support analysis, mainframe support and enhancements, database administration, and team leadership.
