Greg Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Greg most recently served as the Head of Go-To-Market Strategy at RedCloud starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Head of Product at Livance from June 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head Of Retail at Midea & Toshiba Lifestyle Appliances South Africa from September 2021 to June 2022. Greg also worked as an Assistant General Manager at Toshiba Lifestyle Appliances - South Africa from April 2021 to September 2021 and at Midea South Africa from March 2021 to September 2021. At Midea South Africa, they also served as a Senior Product Manager from February 2019 to March 2021 and as a National Sales Manager from July 2016 to February 2019. Prior to their roles at Midea, they worked as a Division Manager at Sound Ideas Retail - Fullhouse Nutrition from February 2015 to July 2016 and as an Ecommerce Specialist at Sound Ideas Retail - BigBrand Store from February 2013 to June 2016. Greg began their career as a Floor Staff member at Body Culture Health and Wellness Centre from November 2012 to January 2013.

Greg Richardson's education history starts in 2014 when they obtained a Certificate in Marketing Management from GetSmarter. In 2016, they attended the IMM Graduate School and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2018.

In 2017, Greg obtained a Certificate in Sales Management from Learn Fast. Greg then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) from 2020 to 2022.
