Lukasz Wasilewski

Lukasz Wasilewski is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Technical Delivery at RedCompass Labs since December 2019, where Lukasz leads critical tech project deliveries in the finance sector, overseeing strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation. Previously, Lukasz held a series of roles at Thomson Reuters from July 2012 to December 2019, including Development Team Leader, where leadership was provided to a team of over ten developers on significant projects, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on full-stack development with a range of technologies. Additional experience includes working as a .NET Developer at Wydawnictwo Kwantum and a solid educational background with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology. Proficient in various technologies such as Java, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SpringBoot, ReactJS, and Microservice Architecture, Lukasz combines extensive technical knowledge with leadership capabilities.
