Lynn Harvey has extensive work experience in IT change management and support roles. Lynn currently works as the Group IT Change and Problem Management Lead at Redde Northgate plc. Prior to this, they held roles at Balfour Beatty plc, including IT Change Manager and Interim Change Manager. Lynn also worked as a Service Desk Team Lead and Service Desk Analyst at Balfour Beatty. Before that, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at De La Rue and BT Global Services. Lynn's earlier experience includes roles as a Receptionist/Administrator at Adecco Group, a Design/Administration Assistant at Alloy Mx Limited, and a Production/Design Assistant at Pronto Moda International Limited.
Lynn Harvey completed their ITIL Service Management Foundation certification from QA Training in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Apparel and Textiles from Heriot-Watt University from 1999 to 2003. In 1998-1999, Lynn attended Falkirk College of Further Education, where they studied Foundation Art and Design. Lynn completed their secondary education at Alva Academy from 1992 to 1998.
