Richard Clay

Richard Clay is currently serving as the UK&I Group Finance Director at Redde Northgate plc. Richard previously held the position of Head of Group Strategy, FP&A, and IR at the same company. Prior to this, Richard worked as the Group Head of Strategy and Financial Planning at Northgate plc. With a background in finance and corporate banking, Richard has also worked at Barclays as a Finance Director and at Ernst & Young as the Director EMEIA Financial Services Business Modelling. Richard started their career at Deloitte as a Corporate Finance Director and at Arthur Andersen as a Senior. Richard is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, where Richard obtained a BA Oxon degree in Spanish and Portuguese, after completing their secondary education at Eton College.
