Bo Munna

Bo Munna is the current Senior HR Business Partner Manager at Reddit. Prior to this, Munna was with Nike for just over three years as the Territory Human Resources Manager for the Northeast U.S. Territory. In this role, Munna was responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR programs and services to build commitment, capability, and overall engagement among individuals and teams. Additionally, Munna participated in key business planning and talent planning sessions to assess talent and develop strategies to address development needs, gaps and risks. Furthermore, Munna played a key role in developing and executing strategies and interventions requiring organizational design, employee relations, leadership and team development, change management, performance management, compliance and overall engagement. Prior to Nike, Munna was with Target for five years as a Store Director.

Bo Munna attended Stony Brook University, where they studied business management and finance. They then attended the University of Rhode Island.

They work with Carla H. McIntosh - VP, Global Talent Acquisition, Kayla Harris - Associate HR Business Partner, and Matt Bottiglio - Senior Technical Talent Acquisition. Bo Munna reports to Nellie Peshkov, Chief People & Culture Officer.
