Genaro Bonilla

Genaro Bonilla is currently the Program Manager for Learning & Development at Reddit. Prior to this, they were the Manager for Employee Development at SpaceX from September 2014 to June 2021. Genaro was also the HR Coordinator at Team One from January 2013 to September 2014 where they launched a new timekeeping system for non-exempt employees and was invited to join the IT Steering committee. From October 2011 to October 2011, Genaro completed an externship as a Production Assistant at CJ Mnet Media.

Genaro Bonilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, as well as an Associate of Arts in Communication from Pasadena City College. Genaro also attended Dong-ah Institute of Media and Arts.
