Atea O. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at RedDoorz since 2021, Atea also contributes as a Part-Time Instructor at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Appficiency Inc., HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric, and numerous positions at NetSuite spanning over a decade. Atea has a strong background in developing HR policies, training manuals, and establishing HR information systems. Atea holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
