Taisa Prigol

Taisa Prigol has extensive experience in human resources and personnel administration, currently serving as Supervisora de Adm de pessoal at Schumann since August 2012, having previously held the role of Analista de Adm de pessoal at the same company. Prior to this position, Taisa worked as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Friaves Industrial De Alimentos from December 2009 to August 2012 and at Sperandio Participações Ltda from April 2009 to December 2009. Taisa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Unochapecó and a Lato Sensu postgraduate degree in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Taisa is currently pursuing a Lato Sensu postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology at UNOPAR, expected to be completed in March 2025, and has completed Dale Carnegie Training from November 2019 to August 2020.
