Jeff MacGuidwin

Jeff MacGuidwin has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 until the present. Jeff began their career as a Parts and Service Assistant at Michigan CAT, where they benchmarked the square footage of CAT branches throughout Michigan. In 2008 and 2009, Jeff interned at Schlumberger in REMS Supply Chain and REMS Logistics respectively. Jeff then joined Schlumberger as a Field Engineer Trainee, progressing to Field Engineer 1, and later Field Engineer 2 focusing on ACTive fiber-optic technology. After that, Jeff worked as an ARM CoilTOOLS Engineer-In-Charge, managing the downhole tools and personnel for the largest SLB CoilTOOLS market in the world.

In 2016, Jeff pursued an MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School. While still studying, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, focusing on initiatives to bridge the Indigenous entrepreneurial supply gap in Australia.

In 2017, Jeff joined PwC Australia and held various roles, including Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager. Jeff then transitioned to RedEarth Energy Storage Ltd, starting as Head of Supply Chain and Procurement before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2023.

Jeff MacGuidwin completed their Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they specialized in Industrial and Operations Engineering. In 2007, they participated in the Energy Tomorrow Program - Summer Study Abroad at UNSW. Jeff then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their college education, they attended Brother Rice High School from 2001 to 2005.
