Enrique Soto

Enrique Soto has a diverse range of work experience in the field of web design and development. Enrique started their career at Jitani Incorporated in 1998 as a Lead Web Designer, where they were responsible for art direction and building static webpages and templates. Enrique implemented a work methodology that reduced construction times for HTML templates by 20%. In 2006, Enrique joined Corporación Ideolab as a Lead Front End Dev and Creative, where they played a key role in conceptualizing creative ideas, designing website layouts, and building templates for WordPress, flash websites, and interactive presentations. Enrique also implemented the use of CSS grid systems and frameworks, resulting in a 30% reduction in web development time. From 2016 to 2019, Enrique worked at Empresas Noffra as a Lead Front End Dev, where they collaborated with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to create and update the company's websites. Enrique also created and led the company's web development team. Most recently, Enrique worked at Redegal as a web designer for Bershka.com, where they were responsible for web development, weekly updates, and time management. Enrique improved the layout process for landing pages and product grids, reducing building times from 2 weeks to 4 days using JavaScript techniques and the Bershka API.

Enrique Soto obtained a Licenciado degree in Administración de Empresas de Diseño from Universidad Nueva Esparta during the period of 1992 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Enrique has obtained several certifications. Enrique completed the JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures certification from freeCodeCamp in November 2021. Enrique also completed the Curso de Fundamentos de Diseño de Interfaces UI y UX, Curso de Webpack, Curso de Usabilidad, Curso de Sistemas de Diseño, Curso de Sistemas de Diseño para Desarrolladores, and the Responsive Web Design Certification from Platzi between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed the Desarrollo Web Full-Stack certification from 4Geeks Academy in January 2018. In terms of earlier certifications, they completed the Curso Programación Básica con Javascript from ESCUELA WEB, LLC in July 2015, the Curso Analítica Web, SEO y Marketing de Contenido en Redes Sociales from ESCUELA WEB, LLC in August 2013, and the Curso de Mercadeo Virtual from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in June 2013. Enrique also has a certification in Curso de Desarrollo Wordpress from ESCUELA WEB, LLC in December 2010 and a certification in The business of creativity from ReCourses, Inc. in March 2002.
