☁️ Reis Holmes

Reis Holmes has extensive work experience in cloud operations and system administration roles. They started their career as a Tutor and Windows System Administrator at the National IT Learning Centre in 2005. In 2011, they joined The CDA Group Limited as a Windows System Administrator and then moved on to Rackspace, where they worked as a Senior Windows System Administrator and later as a Cloud Operations Engineer. At Rackspace, they provided support for dedicated servers, virtual machines, and Rackspace Cloud virtual machines. In 2016, Reis joined Episerver as a Systems Engineer and became a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for service reliability, troubleshooting, automation/scripting/software development, and performance improvement analysis. In 2020, Reis became a Technical Lead for Cloud Operations at Redeploy AB.

Reis Holmes attended Grantham College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in ICT End User Support with a focus on Information Technology. Throughout their career, Holmes has also obtained various certifications from both technical institutions and companies. These certifications include:
