Brett Kempker

Brett Kempker is an experienced operations and program management professional currently serving as Chief of Staff & Director of Operations at Redesign Health, a global venture builder focused on healthcare innovation, since November 2021. Previously, Brett held the position of Founding Chief Of Staff at PathSpot, a company known for its role in preventing the spread of COVID-19, during which it secured over $10.5 million in venture funding. Prior experiences include various program and talent management roles at Venture For America and events programming at The Aspen Institute. Brett began a career in operations as a Summer Institute Operations Coordinator at Teach For America after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
