Courtney Parr

Courtney Parr is a New Ventures Associate at Redesign Health. Courtney has over three years of experience working in the private equity and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Redesign Health, Courtney was a Private Equity Associate at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. and an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company. Courtney has also held roles as a Summer Analyst at The Rock Creek Group and Morgan Stanley. Courtney began their career as a Sales Associate at Kelas International S.A.C. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Courtney Parr received their Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a focus in finance. Courtney also completed a study abroad program at IE Business School. Prior to their collegiate studies, they received their high school diploma from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
