Kira Wampler

Kira Wampler is the current Lead Venture Chair at Redesign Health. Kira has also previously worked as a Member Board of Directors at both Healthline Media and Personal Capital.

Kira has always been interested in health and wellness, which is what drew their to Healthline Media. As a member of the board of directors, Kira was able to help guide the company towards its mission of supporting, guiding, and inspiring people towards better health outcomes.

In 2019, Kira made the move to Personal Capital, another company that was focused on helping people improve their financial lives. Again, as a member of the board of directors, Kira was able to provide their expertise and guidance to help the company grow. In 2020, Personal Capital was acquired by Empower Retirement in a deal worth up to $1B.

Kira’s experience in both health and finance have made their the perfect candidate for their current role as Lead Venture Chair at Redesign Health. In this role, Kira is responsible for leading the company’s venture investment activities.

Kira Wampler has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Kira also attended St. Petersburg High School.
