Nathan Marinoff

Nathan Marinoff is the current General Counsel at Redesign Health. Prior to joining Redesign Health, Marinoff was Counsel at OlenderFeldman LLP from 2014 to 2019, where they focused on venture capital and private equity. Marinoff also served as Deputy General Counsel at Virgin Mobile USA from 2007 to 2010, during which time they oversaw the company's SEC compliance, periodic reporting, and proxy statements. Nathan also played a key role in the sale of Virgin Mobile USA to Sprint Nextel Corporation in 2012.

Nathan Marinoff has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA in International Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
