Shannon Ernst

Shannon Ernst has a background in education and sales, with experience in instructional coaching, curriculum design, and project management. Currently serving as Learning and Development Senior Associate at Redesign Health, Shannon is involved in developing technologies and tools that drive innovation in healthcare. Prior to this role, Shannon worked for Frisco ISD, where Shannon focused on creating learner-centered curriculum and professional development. Shannon holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of North Texas, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
