Kendra Duprèe is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in global recruitment and employer branding. Currently at Redgate Software since July 2022, Kendra focuses on enhancing brand presence and streamlining hiring processes. Prior roles include serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Outdoorsy, where expertise in hard-to-fill positions and employer branding was utilized, and at Cypress.io, where leadership in full-cycle recruitment during a growth phase was demonstrated. Kendra has also held significant positions in people operations and marketing, including establishing the People function at Airship Syndicate and managing marketing initiatives at NetWorth Realty USA. With a background in brand development and a solid foundation in marketing, Kendra possesses a unique skill set that combines talent acquisition and brand strategy.
