Stephen Parkinson

Stephen Parkinson has extensive experience in sales operations and CRM management. Stephen is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Redgate Software and previously held the role of Head of Sales Operations at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Anitox, where they led the Sales Operations function and partnered with various teams to align sales processes and tools with business goals. Stephen is also a certified expert in Salesforce. Before Anitox, they worked as the Salesforce.com CRM Manager at Office Depot. Earlier in their career, Stephen held multiple roles at Cisco Systems, including European Salesforce.com Manager Operations and European Salesforce.com Deployment Manager. In these roles, they led the implementation, integration, and change management of Salesforce.com across European sales teams and provided executive coaching and training to sales VPs. Stephen's work at DHL included positions such as European Operations Deployment Manager, where they managed projects for the implementation of business-critical applications, and Emerging Markets CRM Program Manager, where they oversaw the implementation of various applications in diverse regions for improved automation and standardization.

Stephen Parkinson holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Business and French from Sheffield Hallam University. Stephen has also obtained certifications in Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in 2020 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in 2016.
